Newmarket: June 7 Day of Action to Resist Ford Cuts

It has been one year since Doug Ford and his PC government has been elected. Since then, we have seen almost weekly cuts and threats of restructuring to necessary and vital public services. From public health to paramedic services, the services we rely on are under threat.

We, the people, say ENOUGH! Join us as we stand united with workers and community members for this provincial day of action put on by the Ontario Federation of Labour. All across this province there will be actions commemorating this one year anniversary.

CUPE Local 905 & allies will be taking action outside MPP Christine Elliot’s office, Minister of Health and the person responsible for the cuts to health services. Bring your signs, pickets and your anger! We can’t do this alone!!
